Kingdom of the Sun...This movie title marching
band show WAS like a movie! The perfect day, as if it had been made to order,
great bands as if they had been selected, and performances as if they had been
rehearsed a thousand times! (Well, at least the last part is true!)
All the scores were close from the prelims and
then at the finals, each band put on a performance that did not need a 'Take
2'!
Then as every movie has a dramatic ending...this
show did not disappoint and Santa Fe High School Raider Regiment had another
'Big Trophy' to wedge into the trophy case!
Great show at the 39th Annual Golden
Invitational! Check back real soon as we will have tons of pictures, videos,

Congrats to Northside Christian! They are making
room for the 'Big Trophy' and they have all of us thinking about the
80's!!!
Apples and Spiders topped the day in Charleston
with Gilbert taking the 2A Lower State Championship and White Knoll wove a 1st
Place web and claimed the 4A Lower State Championship trophy!
Over in Hartsville...Batesburg-Leesville grabbed
the 1A Lower State Trophy and Chapin has to add to their trophy case a Lower
State Championship!

yourself of some great performances! Not to worry as we have it all. Order a

The 24th Annual Lancer Jamboree in
South Florida produced a great line-up of bands. 29 schools took to the field
for a fantastic competition. The 'Spirit of Jupiter' from Jupiter High School
snagged the first half Grand Champion 'Big Trophy' and the 'Eagle Regiment' of
Stoneman Douglas High School will make room for their 2nd half Grand Champion
Trophy!
