28 Bands were a part of the 2007 Festival
of Bands at Boiling Springs High School in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The
likes of Byrnes, Ft Mill, Swansea, T L Hanna and many more put on some
spectacular performances on a perfect day. But in the end, Clover HS took the
'Big Trophy' as overall Grand Champion for the Festival of Bands.
